CUPID'S PRANK!
I've finally finished watching Kupido No Itazura クピドの悪戯. It's really nice! :D

Mutsuki (Moo Chan/Tomo-kun) works in Mutsuki Metals Company owned by his father. He has a childhood friend called Kiryuu Asami, whom he accidentally squirted cum on her face during a school's field trip when he was sleeping beside her. He likes a girl called Reiko-chan and he's always tasked to give vouchers to her dad's company. He would always fantasise about her. Mutsuki gets together with Reiko-chan but he doesn't know that Kiryuu Asami likes him. Kiryuu Asami is seeing a married man (Hiro) but doesn't like him anymore. The wife of the married man confronts her and wanted to burn her hand by placing it against a boiling kettle. Thankfully she wasn't scalded... Mutsuki has a rare disease, Rainbow Balls, which attacks 1 out of several million men. This disease only allows a guy's dick to stand up 7 times and everytime it stands, a ball will come out. First a violet, then indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and lastly red. Once the red ball has come out, the guy's dick wouldn't erect and he can't have sex anymore.
Mutsuki lost the violet ball when he was masturbating while fantasising about Reiko-chan (?) and Kiryuu sees the ball dropping out which was why, she went to investigate about the illness and this led her to a doctor, who's researching about this rare disease, which has currently has no cure. The doctor is very keen on knowing more about the disease which was why she used her hand to grab Mutsuki's dick and he erected, thus releasing the indigo ball. The third ball was released when Mutsuki tried to have sex with Reiko-chan but she was afraid and cried, and went to Kiryuu's house to have dinner. Kiryuu cooked plenty of food earlier on as it was her married boyfriend's birthday but left without eating everything that she'd whipped up for him but he just had sex with her and left her house. Kiryuu and Moo chan ended up on the bed naked but they didn't have sex and she did something and made him erect and he lost the blue ball. He lost his green ball as he was on his way to a funeral with Kiryuu one day, and he suddenly fainted. That night, there was no bus to return home so he stayed with Kiryuu in a hotel room, they slept separately. But he dreamt of a nurse trying to seduce him and he woke up, he saw Kiryuu's clothes all in a mess and erected.. Subsequently after that, he met up with Reiko-chan and on one night, they had sex in a hotel room. Both virgins gave the virginity to each other and the yellow ball is now gone. There're only 2 balls left.
After god knows how long, Kiryuu told Moo chan that she liked him, when Reiko-chan dumped him and he was all depressed. After that, Kiryuu suddenly disappeared as she lost her phone (Which in actual fact, was kept by the doctor) and she shifted to somewhere else. After a year, Moo chan released the orange ball and gave it to the doctor for her research. The doctor told Moo chan where Kiryuu was and went to look for her but sadly, Kiryuu had quit her job on that day and returned. He went to the railway station to look for her and the train just left. He ran somewhere and Kiryuu happened to not board her train and went to the same place. Both of them finally got together. Kiryuu and Moo chan got married and they had a baby. A miracle was that the red ball was in Kiryuu and perhaps, a guy having the Rainbow Balls disease was more of a miracle.
