Stupid wikipedia gave a lousy summary of the show, so I shall tell you what's in for you!

Basically, KO ONE is about people with special powers, demons and this special class, which is called 终极一斑. I don't know why is it titled KO ONE in English (When apparently KO ONE is just some stupid minor character in this show portrayed by Wu Zun) So 终极一斑 is filled with numerous people on the KO list. The head of the class, Wang Da Dong is KO 3 and a new student, Wang Ya Se, otherwise preferred to be known as Ya Se Wang is also tied as KO 3. Another new student, Ding Xiao Yu, is KO 4. The class's monitor is Jin Bao San, who is KO 135. There are other minor characters which are KO 13 and so on and so forth.

Wang Da Dong, Ya Se Wang and Ding Xiao Yu become good friends. Wang Da Dong has a weapon, which is a frying pan, known as Long Wen Ao. Ya Se Wang has a sword in a stone, called Shi Zhong Jian and Ding Xiao Yu, just uses his fists (He will show his power only when someone pats him on his head or when a strong person with high power is nearby)

Power = 战立指数

KO ONE and TWO has power of more than 10 000. And these 2 can hide their power and not let others sense it. KO ONE is Zhong Ji Yi Ban's form teacher's younger brother, who supposedly died and KO TWO is Lei Ke Si (Lex), Wang Da Dong's good childhood friend, and they liked the same girl but Lex turned evil (Due to his weapon). In the end, Lex is a good guy :)

The story is very cute and funny and lame. They have stuff like, Shakespeare 说, To be or not to be. That is a question.. And yea, it's just very cute :D

They have this super lame guy, who once gave an idea to the "3 musketeers" to form a group with KO ONE (Who's a guy, controlled by a bad person, which makes him bad). This group would be called Fei Lun Hai... (KO ONE, KO 3s and KO FOUR is portrayed by Wu Zun, Jiro, Calvin and Aaron respectively)

I shan't say much! :D But it's a cute show :D
