God, I was in a bad mood when Mum didn't want to buy that pair of male berms from Cotton On because she said it was "too male", and that people will laugh at me. And Bro was being an irritating prick because he just kept going 'Cotton On is branded. How expensive'. Y'know what's branded? Cotton On Body, a.k.a. sells lingerie. And how my bro knows? From those magazines he buys. What the hell. I can hardly find berms that I like, and looks good on me. And mum walked past some shop, and said 'the berms are so pretty'. I could only roll my eyes and point out that those weren't berms, but three-quarters (Which were so not my style, and taste)But nevermind, enough of sulking. When I laid my hands on Fountains of Wayne's album, Traffic And Weather, I was in a super good mood already.  The cover is super pretty right? Adam Schlesinger is really talented, plus genius. (I've mentioned this before) Robert Carmine/Shwartzman too. I'm so in love with Help Me Find My Way. It's super classical in a nice way. Though I didn't get the berms I've wanted since forever, at least I got something, more worth it. A pair of leather flats. Gosh, I guess the shoes are more important. I was gushing at those pretty heels and boots I saw, but I didn't dare try them on. The flats were so comfy, I just had to get them. Time to throw away my lousy cheap Sorbet silver flats, which stink like hell, by the way. Do go to Orchard at night and walk on the streets (aimlessly), because the Christmas lightings are so pretty. Plus if you walked with your (romantic) loved ones, it would be so sweet and romantic. HAHAHAHA. There's this super cute 'bridge' thingy, which looks like ice-cream and stuff, just outside Orchard MRT. Cross the road from Wheelock Place to Shaw House, and it'll be facing you. The 'Christmas Tree' outside Wheelock Place is super pretty (and cute) too! My title totally sums up my whole day. (Well, I guess only Huiying understands what I mean :D) |
